Established in 1984 in our founder's bedroom, Ozark has grown quite a bit over the years.

The Crew

Tom McFetridge

Tom joined the crew in 1996 as a grip and lighting technician.

After learning every job in the company, creating a few more, and filming in 47 states & 4 countries; he’s ready to lead Ozark into the next generation.

Cinematography, animation, sound and music are Tom's creative passions.

Off set, you may catch Tom on the stage with a guitar or set of turntables, on the river in a kayak, or throwing discs at the local “frolf” course.

Kris Tilley

Kris is an editor and producer who enjoys being “the guy in the chair” for other creatives looking to materialize their vision.

Before pursuing her career in the film industry, she studied theatre, and worked for a while as a performer before graduating with a bachelor’s of science in film from Full Sail University in 2012. She joined OFVP in 2013 and continues to pursue passion projects on the side.

Outside of the studio she can be found chasing her young son, singing show tunes, and crafting to satisfy her ADHD.

Leo Smith

Leo is a videographer, photographer, and our resident FAA Certified Drone Pilot.

He has 20 years experience shooting video, and 12 years experience shooting still photography.

Leo started part-time with the company in 2013 and joined the staff full-time in 2018.

When he's not behind a camera, Leo is at home perfecting gourmet cuisine, or roasting chumps on Call of Duty.

Doug Horton

He's like fire and ice and rage.

He's like the night and the storm in the heart of the sun. He's ancient and forever.

He burns at the centre of time and can see the turn of the universe.

Ignore his wisdom at your peril.

(Doug is our most experienced editor; he graduated from Full Sail University's audio department, and spent some time there as an instructor of audio engineering before joining the OFVP team in 2003.)
